External clock needed update
Very small and easily corrected, yet the strangest issue was needing to update the externally provided clock I got from https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ . The old code didn't fully work on my site at Pair. It stayed on the time the page was loaded instead of changing like it's supposed to.
