Sadly, that happened to me as well. I even tried to trim down and tweak the message so it wouldn't get tagged as spam, yet convey the urgency of the matter. Seems it is now hit'n'miss with spam filters.

A practical question....
is there a reason the community boards have been wiped and the current thread is all that is available? There were definitely threads in the past which had information that could have helped some of us with this transition. Can they be restored?

for what it's worth, I'll probably go with A2 Hosting, they have been recommended by quite a few people
(others on that list: bluehost, dreamhost, siteground)

So very sorry to hear this news. I was a happy customer for just under 20 years and will miss the FutureQuest Team, especially Bob Johnson, for all the amazing customer service and help through the years. Thank you for everything. You will be greatly missed!!

Just a quick question, and I know there might not be a simple answer, but could you please give some quick tips to quickly relocate web hosting for a Wordpress site?

1. Backup the website/blog to my computer
2. Secure an alternative web host
3. Set up Wordpress on the new site
4. Upload Theme and plug-ins
5. Upload MySQL database to the new site
6. Pray it works
