Google Gmail blocking my email?

I can't send a regular email from my account to my wife's gmail account. Not bulk, not spam, just any email at all gets blocked.

The google link seems unhelpful, unless I'm misunderstanding. At a minimum, I'd think she could whitelist me or something. This sucks.

And as an aside, these futurequest forums seem totally dead. Is futurequest dead too, or dying? I've been using FQ for so many years... should I be concerned?

FWIW, just sent an email to my gmail account from one of my FutureQuest email accounts (via Evolution). Came through fine on gmail.

EDIT - it's not something she set. I have my own gmail account and after your message I tried sending it to my own gmail, and it was blocked! I am too clueless to figure out how to use Google's "postmaster tools" (https://support.google.com/mail/answ...664587226&rd=1), where it asks me to add some text to my DNS record to verify I own the domain... but even then, I think it would just show me information, not actually unblock me. Ugh, I have no clue about any of it! Nor do I understand why my email domain seems to be getting singled out by google to be blocked. I'm frustrated.

I can understand your frustration. You might try a search on "domain name black list" as it gives a bunch of sites that will check if your domain is black listed.

If you send me your gmail address via private message (click Trilby, then Send private message), I can send you an email from my FQ domain. I can then send you my gmail address and you could try sending me one from your FQ domain. Not sure what this would prove but might turn up something.
