Server recovery is still progressing slowly but we still cannot pin down a solid ETA for full recovery.

But, after more than 20 years here, this is the last straw.

I'll be pulling out my remaining accounts as soon as I can.

What are you not telling us? Earlier, you said things were coming back online. Now you can't give a solid ETA. Can you give a guess? What happened? Did the squirrel die?

Everything is back up for me *except* I cannot send an email using SMTP. Tried with two different email clients on two different devices. It just hangs and say it cannot make a connection. Obviously I cannot send an email to ask for support and your support page is failing. This is a serious problem for me.

Oh looks like the support tickets went through even though the support page responded with a The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

I am in the UK so we've become used to hearing the phrase 'managed decline'

I just want to know if FQ have decided on 'managed decline' until the last person leaves the room and turns out the lights.
