Server recovery is still progressing slowly but we still cannot pin down a solid ETA for full recovery.

But, after more than 20 years here, this is the last straw.

What are you not telling us? Earlier, you said things were coming back online. Now you can't give a solid ETA. Can you give a guess? What happened? Did the squirrel die?

Everything is back up for me *except* I cannot send an email using SMTP. Tried with two different email clients on two different devices. It just hangs and say it cannot make a connection. Oh looks like the support tickets went through even though the support page responded with a The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

I am in the UK so we've become used to hearing the phrase 'managed decline'

I just want to know if FQ have decided on 'managed decline' until the last person leaves the room and turns out the lights.
