Hello all,
Recently when we respond to customers who have gmail addresses, Google has started frequently blocking our messages claiming they are spam. They are not spam-clients either contact us first to inquire or place an order, or these are ongoing email discussions pertaining to order placement.
This is the failure notice from Google:
Remote host said: 550-5.7.1 [69.5.10.14 12] Our system has detected that this message is
550-5.7.1 likely unsolicited mail. To reduce the amount of spam sent to Gmail,

The Google support page points to its Postmaster Tools page and suggests verifying our domain by adding a DNS TXT record to the domain host. I'm not sure how to do this properly. Can FutureQuest assist? Or do you have a step-by-step tutorial, or a template to effect this?
Thanks,
Suzan
