Google Blocking Our Emails to Gmail addresses

Hello all,

Recently when we respond to customers who have gmail addresses, Google has started frequently blocking our messages claiming they are spam. They are not spam-clients either contact us first to inquire or place an order, or these are ongoing email discussions pertaining to order placement.

This is the failure notice from Google:

Remote host said: 550-5.7.1 [69.5.10.14 12] Our system has detected that this message is
550-5.7.1 likely unsolicited mail. To reduce the amount of spam sent to Gmail,
550-5.7.1 this message has been blocked. Please visit
550-5.7.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=U...edMessageError
550 5.7.1 for more information. a11-20020a170906274b00b006f3b3927a12si2947074ejd.833 - gsmtp

The Google support page points to its Postmaster Tools page and suggests verifying our domain by adding a DNS TXT record to the domain host. I'm not sure how to do this properly. Can FutureQuest assist? Or do you have a step-by-step tutorial, or a template to effect this?

Thanks,
Suzan

This same thing started happening to us yesterday. Did you ever find a solution to the problem?
