I was trying to reset my password but the email never came through. You eventually said it was a problem on your end and you were having a tech look into it.

Is this all related?

The storage errors and QuestMail not responding were due to the PT servers being overloaded as they came back up.

The issue you were seeing is due to an issue with Vbulletin, the forum software that we use. Vbulletin just can't/isn't sending emails at all and the techs are still looking into it.

Appreciated the tweets during the power event. It helped enormously for keeping clients informed. Hope you will post your findings about the backup generator when you know why it didn't kick on.

I keep having occasional problems with FQ being partly out for some quarters of hours and pop email not working, but Questmail works and the rest comes back quite soon as well.

This is not m problem alone, isitdownrightnow often then also shows FQ as down, but not always. Still ongoing outage problems or?????

Ditto. I can get to the FQ homepages and forum, but not to my email. I can see the FQ login page, but it gets stuck going further. This actually is happening occasionally since the mayor outing on April 24-25.

Can you please give us an update what is happening?
