The server status page shows the PT's IMAP services down, will that start to sort it self out now? Is it just a matter of time to clear and come back online?

Yes, I still have no email via any means. QuestMail is returning the error "Connection to storage server failed" (unsurprisingly).

Getting a bit frustrated 24 hours later.......

I still do not have email access (connection to storage server failed) since Sunday 11AM (ET).

As I was writing this post I see service across all of my domains has returned, that's great, but..

I have been a happy customer with you since 2001. Never a complaint until starting about 2yrs ago. Your having major outages at a rate that I can clearly remember the last major outage! That's not good and both this outage and the last one have both happened at very inopportune times. Getting a little tired of it guys. Now I know you guys work hard when it happens and you do a great job with most everything else, so I'm going to stick by you.

I'm receiving recently "sent" emails but I still have a 14 hour window within which none of the emails I have so far received were "sent" - from about 16:15 GMT yesterday until to 0615 GMT today. Maybe these are flagged as undeliverable to the sender.
Hopefully they will come through, soon.
