Activate GD Library

I was informed I need to activate GD Library in PHP
How is that accessed or done theourgh the CNC?

The JPEG support of the GD Library is missing (GIF, PNG Support are listed under that module but not JPEG)- it needs to be compiled in a special way (I think) I sent info (and example of a site phpp info with the jpeg support listed, and a screenshot now, with it missing) on it to the support ticket. Our site contact form is now broken (for uploading jpg images, which uses this library) after upgrading php till this is fixed.
