Outgoing Mail Unusually Sluggish/Delayed
Hello-
Past several days our outgoing mail server (mail.filmarchivesonline.com) seems very slow/sluggish during the send process no matter the client (i.e., Thunderbird) or device used (Chromebook, PC, iPad, iPhone). Often we are not seeing the send file percentage count followed by the "successfully sent" alert. Sometimes we need to resend one or more times. Post-send, mail is intermittently delayed or sometimes never shows up in a Sent Mail Folder, although recipient eventually does get the message. Is there anything FutureQuest can check on regarding this issue?
