Important information relating to service outages, server reboots, and related incidents.

Except that isn't happening. We had another big across the board outage for several hours this morning.

When I was a Director at CSC I ran programs with national security customers that included application development, operations, hosting, help desk, and installs (server and desktop).

I'm willing to help. Write me at dave@skolnick.org or call (Bob has my number) and we'll talk about how to engage. I have nearly 20 years invested here. Sunk cost but I don't want to start over. I'd rather help you succeed.

Lots of angst and complaints--justifiable in my view--amongst your customers. Here is an offer to help you turn around. What will you do now?
