How do I point my domain to FQ from Network Solutions?

I seem to have allowed my registration at Network Solutions to expire. I was using them as Domain Name Registrar.

I had been assuming that all my troubles with email over the last 10 days had been down to the problems at FQ but now I'm thinking maybe not, because my URL arseweb.com is showing netsol's expired page.

So I've renewed with them, but now I can't work out what to set the Domain Name Server to (instead of NS1.PENDINGRENEWALDELETION.COM and NS2.etc).

I had a look around and found this..

https://service.futurequest.net/inde...my-domains-dns

Thought I understood it as saying that I could use arseweb.com.fqdns.net but if I try that the Network Solutions page comes back saying it's not a DNS server.

Clearly, I'm not understanding things. I have to admit I'm a bit of a dunce here. I've been with FQ for over 20 years but my website's been dormant for a long time, I've just continued to use FQ for my email and the web hosting for odds and ends.

So I seem to have forgotten everything I ever knew... . I'd like the web address to work but my main concern at the moment is getting email to work properly. Thunderbird fails to connect, and Questmail has looked like it's working again for a few days but I've only been getting dribs and drabs coming through, like a tenth of the number of emails I'd expect and not one of the test emails I've tried sending every day from my work email.

I'm desperate, any help for an old fool here would be massively appreciated!

The nameservers are:
ns1.futurequest.net
ns2.futurequest.net
ns3.futurequest.net

I took a quick look and it looks like it is setup correctly now. It probably just took a few minutes to take effect.

Also, note that the expired page has a TTL of 2 hours so you will likely still see it for a bit.

You're right, those entries at NetSol have changed in the time since I posted (or at least since I started writing the above).

Thanks so much for the reply I'm feeling a lot less panicky now
