Still waiting for apology for all recent outages

I'm still waiting to get some apology from FutureQuest about their recent *two* major outages. Hey, even some basic acknowledgement would start to help. A refund of course would be better, however minor (and please not just a discount off some extra service we don't need).

Let's face it, FutureQuest, your customer relations is just absolutely pathetic. Do you just expect we'll keep paying you a renewal fee every year after all your recent f*** ups?

I'm starting to think that you are just a couple of guys with a few servers in one room in Orlando trying to pretend you're the Wizard of Oz behind a curtain.

Another substantial outage this morning.

Not a word from Futurequest. Radio silence.

I'm extraordinarily disappointed. I don't see any experiential learning happening at Futurequest.

3 hours 4 minutes ... I wonder what excuse it will be today.

It reminds me of story about a good Catholic who was sitting outside of a priest's office waiting to give a confession at a scheduled time. As 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and then 30 minutes go by the guy really starts to wonder what's going on. Finally, from inside the office, he hears the priest raise his voice and say, "LOOK LADY, I CAN'T KEEP ON GIVING YOU ABSOLUTION IF YOU KEEP CHEATING ON YOUR HUSBAND."

Apologies don't mean much if the thing someone is apologizing for keeps on happening.
