[FQuest Notice] SAN work progress updates

One of my accounts is getting cert errors on the questmail web interface. Any thoughts on this?

not sure which thread to place it, but we just had about 2-3 hours of no futurequest. I checked isitdownrightnow and they also confirmed FQ was unreachable.

Then again, Google and several large other players were down recently also for an hour or more.

Same here, no Futurequest, my own site is down, and no mail for about 3 hours that I know of, just all came back up a few minutes ago.
I checked Twitter and Facebook - and NOTHING. NO info. Very disappointed.

Same here. Everything down for a few hours. Their phones seem to be disconnected. Tried to comment on their non helpful or updated Twitter, Facebook, etc. I'm done. Just paid for a couple of more months and was willing to give them another shot, but this is it for me. Consider that a tip for recently less than mediocre service.
I can't fathom adults acting so unprofessionally as this crew the last couple of months...

And still no word from FQ on why we lost 4 hours today...
They've learned nothing.
