teRRa, THANK YOU for the freq updates and info...that's what we expect during outages and problems. Know it may be a PITA to do so, but the angst you all have seen from your customer base is well worth the ten minutes it takes to make a few *quick* posts. The full tech info can come later.

Some email accounts working on domain cmhsoftware.com one still has error "account is temporarily unavailable"

So we are not back up with email. I can't even access the email function in the CNC to set up a test account. What issues are remaining?

The CNC Email Manager will probably be the last thing to start working again as it is sensitive to slowness in addition to real problems.
