Accountsupport domain verification

I have a couple of domains with a red triangle that says I need to respond to an email. I never received the email and clicking resend doesn't get me one.

Calls to their support inform me there's a wait time of 99 minutes and would I like a callback. I say yes, but they don't call back.

Any ideas?

Solved. I found a chat window and resolved the problem that way.

So anybody trying to solve an accountsupport problem should try the chat window. It worked well.
