Weblaunching.net and Enom resellers

My domain names were registered with a reseller for Enom who has gone non-responsive. I'm not going to be able to pay Enom the fee that they require to transfer to a different reseller. So how can I get my domain email without the domain name.
Any advice for dealing with the situation would be appreciated. Thank you.

Are you the domain registrant (owner) in the domain record? If so, contact eNom support via phone if possible. You may be able to fax/email documentation proofing your identity and have the domain transferred to your own account. If the domain is not yet expired and is unlocked you may be able to transfer it elsewhere too.

They say redacted for privacy which I did not request so it doesn't show the name at all and it is licked but their server is down, so no access at all and no contact information for the reseller.

Since the whois details are blocked you will have to know who the registrant is. I don't know if they can give you any help or not otherwise.

If your actual registrar had gone out of business ICANN would have handled this for you but since you are using an enom reseller the real registrar is still in business so you have to deal with them.

As for registrar recommendations, I have been using namecheap.com for my personal stuff but I think that with the nature of your problem you should probably stay within the enom family at least until your current situation is resolved.

NameCheap is the only registrar I've used for a couple of years, no issues. I think Google is trying their hand as a registrar, but I haven't used them.
