[FQuest Notice] Mail delivery agent upgrade

In order to provide a couple of important new features, we will be upgrading the mail delivery agent on the community servers.

Due to a restructuring of the software, we will need to take down the delivery agent temporarily, causing minor delays in delivering messages. This restructuring may also cause a brief interval where incoming messages would result in a temporary error.

During the upgrade, incoming mail on the POP toasters will be unaffected, as will access to POP and IMAP services. Only local and outgoing deliveries on the community servers will be affected.

- inbound ezmlm for Internet subscriber
- inbound ezmlm for subscriber with FQ account

Access to and delivery of incoming mail will be unaffected.

- outbound mail to the Internet via SMTP

Outbound mail will be delayed briefly while the upgrade is in progress. There is a slight chance the message will receive a temporary error while one of the critical programs is replaced.

- QuestMail

QuestMail is currently unaffected, though the same upgrade will need to be made on it as well.

These all be delayed briefly as above.

- outbound ezmlm

These will be unaffected. The bulk queue software was upgraded last week and is performing as expected.

The upgrade has caused some interruption in the SMTP services. I am aware and am correcting the problem.
