I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place to put this question but it was the closest I could find that seemed relevant...

I am trying to sort through the Applications to see which one might work best for my purposes and I am hoping someone here will have a suggestion.

My site is for a restaurant/ bar/ game shop. We have a loyalty program that I want people to be able to sign up for on the site. I also want to option to enroll people who sign up in person. I need to be able to then track "points" that I manually assign to each participant. They should be able to either go to a page to find their points total or login somehow and check.

Any suggestions which application might be suitable?

I would suggest using WP. There are lots of plugins that would enable what you are looking for. But you may need an expert to help you select and install.
