Genesis Studio Press has a built-in, basic slider. But there are other more sophisticated sliders. Some free. Some commercial. The sliders will slow down your website considerably and push down your ranking.
I would suggest not using sliders here. Other hosts, especially those devoted to WP use SSD drives, Nginx and HHTP/2 to make WP shine.
I hope that Fquest would consider offering a boutique WP tuned server plan. I would be the first customer in line.
