help on PhPBB app installation

Hi, there,
Wondering if anyone can help me on my installation of phpBB through app manager, I keep getting error message of "Could not authenticate with the log in and password" with my FTP log in credential. I swear I have entered correct information (I even reset my password). Any idea?
I can try to install phpBB the traditional way but thought can leverage the app manager since it is more convenient.

Any help or suggestion would be much appreciated.

Hi, Bob,
Thanks for the quick reply.
It is in the FTP section of the phpbb installation:
"Please enter the FTP login information for the selected website. This information will only be retained for the current session."

My guess right now is my site is still in its temp location, not its permanent location yet (I just transferred yesterday). Maybe that has something to do with it. I am going to wait until the site is fully migrated and try again.

The other choice is certainly do a phpbb installation manual. But I have move all the files myself...

The App Manager shows this:

Your Domain must be pointed at the FutureQuest servers.

Until the domain has been pointed at FutureQuest, and propagation has completed, you would not be able to use the App manager
