Happy Holidays from FutureQuest 2017 Edition

I am very pleased to be able to post this 19th Edition of our Happy Holidays wishes.
The Team at FutureQuest wishes everyone a very Happy Holiday Season, we hope everyone
gets to spend some time with friends and family.

2017 has been a very challenging year at FutureQuest.

Can anyone remember Hurricane Irma?
While both Kevin and Bob were impacted, Kevin offline for over a week, Bob and the Data Center on generator for days,
FutureQuest never skipped a beat and we maintained full service the entire time!

During 2017 we have worked very hard at improving mail reliability and availability.
The Mail Cluster system is fully in place and is now very stable.
Of course there have been some rocky moments...

But, in the long run, mail service at FutureQuest has never been as solid as
it is now! Thanks for your patience and understanding.

2017 has also been a year for lots of deep background work towards PHP 7 (which will also herald Apache 2.4 in
the server cores). While this hasn't exactly been a skunkworks project, it has required far longer than expected due
to it being a highly critical component that will completely replace the older Apache1 deployment not to mention the
complete overhaul of the underlying system core supporting system

While we had hoped to be able to announce PHP 7, it isn't quite ready for prime time, we are hoping for a
1st/2nd quarter 2018 release.

However another much asked for enhancement is ready for prime time.

FutureQuest is pleased to announce a New Stats program that will be available in early
January, we will send a separate announcement when it is released and available. The new InVision stats package is
heads and shoulders above HTTP analyze and we surely hope everyone will like this new addition.

The InVision stats system is currently in Beta mode, and for a sneak peek, you can access them by using:
http(s)://yourdomain.tld/stats/beta/ Note, if your current stats are password protected these are as well,
with the same username and password. You can update your stats password from your CNC Password
Manager, in the event you have forgotten the password

There are also a number of additions to the CNC, that have been made available over 2017...

SpamAssassin "Save to Folder" as a filter option

Autoresponder Time Limits

Copy Mode for email messages. (For POP accounts, Click on Edit Forwarding for a
POP account and you will have the option to "Copy" each message to an additional mailbox)

New Mail server access, mail.QuestMail.net, for both incoming and outgoing mail
to remove the mismatch certificate issues that plaques some users, especially
Apple users

While in the past few years we have announced increases in package allocations, this
year we will be maintaining the current package allocations to prevent server over subscription.

As 2018 approaches we do want to thank all of you, for your business and, at times, patience as
we continue to work hard and burning the midnight oil to improve the services FutureQuest provides.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Everyone

Awesome new stats page. Just tried it and while still a work in progress it appears so much useful (and sexy) compared the old stats that we hardly ever used.

Looks like it is busted for tonight, Cannot log in.

It also appears the CNC bandwidth monitor is not working. Turned off my CDN a few days ago and I doubt the CNC is reporting properly at under 1 gigabytes.
