Zone file whois

Hello,

I'm looking for whois data for the zone file of the .de TLD. I know that this data is enormous and hard to get, but I'm doing research and I'm desperately in need of that data. So far I've only found https://alldomainsdb.com/ to claim to have the entire zone file, but it's too expensive. Do you know another place that it's cheaper? Or do you think it'll be possible to somehow request this data for statistical purposes only without the personal names (i'm not interested in who owns what), i.e. anonymoused data, and who can I ask this from?
