Dotster problems

A client's domain registration has been suspended for reasons I can't determine. It's the third day that the site is unavailable and Dotster says they're working on it.

Has anyone else had this problem with Dotster?

Maybe. But I never got a message asking me to verify an email address. And though the email address has changed it was a matter of 2-3 days at most when the address wouldn't have worked. Would they suspend a domain name that quickly? My client has been registered with them for over a decade.

The status of the Domain should tell you.

If it says "ClientHold" then it is suspended and most often the suspension is for failure to answer the annual email verification.
