500 Internal Server Error: my WordPress website is down

Hi,

Yesterday, I updated a plugin from my WordPress dashboard (I'm almost certain it was UpdraftPlus, the plugin that takes care of the backups). After that, my site (ruskus-patruskus.com) went down. I also lost access to the WordPress' dashboard.

It displays a '500 Internal Server Error' message.

I tried to deactivate the UpdrafPlus plugin via CNC with phpMyAdmin, using a technique I learned in a video tutorial (https://youtu.be/7ZdbBmRhruU).

This technique solved a similar problem that I had in another ocasion, but not this time. It didn't work.

I then deactivated all active plugins with the same technique, and the result was the same.

I don't know what else I can do to recover my site.

Any suggestion??

Thanks!!
