Service Futurequest email address
Hi,
I sent three emails through to the service desk last night (last night as in 9:00pm UK time) and didn't get any replies (my website seemed to go down for about five minutes - I've since read in the alerts forum that there was server problem for a few minutes)
I eventually sent a final email saying not to bother replying as I'd seen via the forum what the problem was but just thought I'd better check to make sure I've got the up to date email address for the service desk (I didn't even get an automated ticket number, which I know is unheard of)

Is this one still up to date?
