DS:IRM on top of IRO?

Can I use a DS:IRM with an IRO?

My main site is saltwaterforums.com. I have an IRO called cookingforums.com. I ordered a DS:IRM, intending for elpistolero.cookingforums.com to point to cookingfourms.com/ep.

The DS:IRM works with the main site (elpistolero.saltwaterforums.com points to saltwaterforums.com/ep), but it does not work with the IRO (elpistolero.cookingforums.com fails, bringing up my internet providers search screen).

The DS:IRM was ordered a couple weeks ago, so the DNS propogation should have happened by now.

Am I misunderstanding the way the DS:IRM should work, or did I make a mistake when I ordered it?

Hello,

At one time DS-IRs were restricted to only overlaying Full packages.

It appears that QuestAdmin was never updated to allow ordering a DS-IR for anything other than a Full Package. which we will be working on correcting...

If you would visit your QuestAdmin login
http://www.QuestAdmin.net/

and use the Change an Active Service link and click on Change next to the DS-IRM and in the comments place the following:

"Please change elpistolero.saltwaterforums.com to elpistolero.cookingforums.com
