App Manager CMS app recommendation

Any recommendations on a CNC App Manager app to use for a managing a simple web site? Desired features include templates, image handling, and wysiwyg editing. The app should also be secure, not exposing the underlying account or allowing scripts to be uploaded/executed.

I would recommend JOOMLA!

The core is secure and fixed immediately if there are any security problems. As WYSIWYG editor (and image handling) I would recommend "JCE" (https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/), Image gallery: "Phoca" (http://www.phoca.cz/), Templates: just google, there are tons of free templates!,...

If you just use the core and only well known plugins, your website is going to be secure and fast.
I'm using Joomla for every customer because after a short learning period, everyone is able to manage the website.

Thanks manfred. Joomla is probably overkill for this. And ideally some HTML5 response templates would already be included.
