web and email services not working

I hope to get some help.

My domain has been successfully hosted at FutureQuest for many years. Just today, however, I discovered that both web and email services via my domain are failing.

Specifically, any HTTP request to my domain returns 403 Forbidden in the HTTP response.

I have made no code changes whatsoever since everything was working until the present.

Moreover, I am also unable to check my email, since that service is not working either.

I am able to ping the domain, but that is all.

I have tried to contact FutureQuest, but there is nobody to help. I even tried the phone number listed on the FutureQuest site, but only received a voice mail.

Thus, I joined this forum to find out the following information:

Does anyone know what the special phone number is to contact FutureQuest to find out what is wrong with FutureQuest's service and how it can be fixed?

We just replied to your ticket submitted from a Gmail address with detailed information.

Just as a follow-up...

channelping received our reply to their ticket and the (non-technical) issue was resolved.

Also for clarification, we also received their Voice Message from the QuestLine at the same time we were replying to the service desk ticket and this post...
