Hello,
As I noted in my earlier post I don't have any first hand experience with Drupal however it appears you could either try a Manual Install of Drupal 7 or you could use the App Manager to install Drupal 6.30 and then follow the upgrade instructions listed here:

If you haven't setup your web site as of yet you really have the ability to experiment as you can always delete everything you have added and start again if you hit a snag
Also have you considered WordPress? Which in my personal experience is easier to manage as once installed you can manage all updates and upgrades from the WordPress Management panel that is installed with it...
