Where to find web site templates?

I am not an artistically creative person; it just isn't in my genes.

I see web page/site templates all over the web and some of them are very much like I want; but, all the sites I've seen that offer these free templates require you to put your site on their server to use their templates. Are there any places on the web where one can simply buy some templates that allow one to sort of enter your own text and pictures?

I don't expect it to be free (but free wouldn't make me mad).

Disregard this question; I have found where I can buy the templates outright to use on my site.
