Tubed or Not?

Spotted both these used on FQ today, interesting differences...

Own up if +you+ are still using a CRT.

There's plenty still where I am.

*Chuckle* Now that switch will confuse late-comers.

I'd grown rather fond of the old images... but they will be back after Halloween... surely?

*Chuckle*

I thought the re-aligning of the viewers was somehow significant too.

In the older CRT version, the lady was standing behind the "Lurch-like" bloke...

In the flat-screen version, he seems to be pondering her nape.

Are there any Transylvanians working for FQ?

There seems to be a piece now that is messed up, or maybe trying to go to ludicrous speed. It's dangerous attempting ludicrous speed, as you may end up going to plaid.

We admire your fortitude John, in the face of personal adversity.

OK, maybe I am the only one seeing it:

Nope not just you.

It is the result of design limitations for the header of the Forums...

It reminds me of moving at warp speed from one galaxy to another

Re: Tubed or Not?

Leaving CRT v LED displays aside during this occult season, dare I ask how another galaxy shift from 1.3.x to 2.4.x is developing at FQ?

Ignore the question if it's a touchy subject.
