to right or to left
Hi Everyone...
Do you think the trend of putting ads in the right column on websites is rendering the right column worthless for information even on sites that don't run ads?
I got feedback along those lines from a client today...
It's just interesting... the right column has always been the sweet spot for important announcements...
The client did specifically ask for a design without a right column... but I like the 3 column format for use of space so I'm thinking of moving the section-level menu over there instead of putting it on the left...
what do you think?
