Using WordPress with an IRM

I am thinking of using WordPress as a CMS on my FutureQuest website which has an IRM associated with it. Do I need to upload a separate set of WordPress files for the IRM? Or can it use the same files as the main Website?

Also, can I use different WP themes for the main site and the IRM?

Re: Using WordPress with an IRM

I haven't tried to run WordPress MU or set up a "WordPress Network" on my sites, which is what I assume you're referring to for the multi-site/one-install deal, however I am running WordPress on one of my main sites and running it on an IRM under that main as well. I just did two separate installations, and they are using two separate themes.

WordPress is pretty simple to install and, once it's up, it's really easy to maintain now with their one-click updates (wasn't always the case).

Re: Using WordPress with an IRM

If two separate installations works fine, that's the way I'll go.
Thanks for the information!!

Hey, what do you know? I was able to post. It was the ampersand after all.
