Authorize.Net on FQ

Has anyone had problems using Authorize.Net payment gateway on FQ??

I've set up a Wordpress site with the Shopp eCommerce plug-in. Works fine using a simple PayPal standard gateway. Set up an account with Authorize.net, purchased an SSL certificate from Thawte, had same installed on the FQ site. (Thawte says the SSL install tests fine, thanks).

Shopp has an add-on to install Authorize.Net, which others seem to be using with no problem, but when I activate the plug-in and try a sale, attempting to access the check-out page (which is now addressed using https) I get a 404. Same page is accessible with the plug-in turned off, using http.

Thawte blames Authorize.Net, Authorize.Net blames Shopp, Shopp blames FutureQuest, and I'm simply going nuts.... FutureQuest is the only one in the bunch who offers real support, but this is an application level problem, right? Not their job to clean up things done there....

Help.

Re: Authorize.Net on FQ

Have you looked at the error logs? Can you give more specifics about what exactly is causing the issue? (code statements, error messages, etc...)

Re: Authorize.Net on FQ

Did you have FQ point the SSL server at the root www directory, or is it pointing at www/Secure_Server/? If the latter, is Shopp expecting it at the www root?

Re: Authorize.Net on FQ

Thanks Hobbes, but Sheila the Magnificent already tracked that down for me, switched the mapping to www/ and it now works.

I don't know if this is a 'feature' of Authorize.Net or, more likely, the way the Shopp product developers have used the Authorize.Net API...

Thanks for checking in as well -- support like this is why I keep recommending FQ whenever I get a chance!!
