The CNC is wonderful!

I had the occasion to use another web host's file management interface and it has made me appreciate the CNC more than ever. I tried to give the other interface the benefit of the doubt--it's new to me, I'm not used to it--then I tried to edit a file. All I wanted to do was edit a page title and add meta description and keywords. When I saved my changes I discovered that the page layout had changed! Eventually I discovered that simply clicking on the button to go from the WYSIWYG editor to the html editor changed the page layout. Then I had to find a workaround (copy old file > edit locally > create new file on site > check new file > rename old file > rename new file). If I continue to work with this client I'm going to explore getting her to move to FQ!

The FutureQuest CNC FileManager was one of the hardest things to get just right and easily the single most item to get all wrong and/or have bad things happen due to its nature... We had invested a tremendous amount of time and energy just on that one particular facet of our exclusive CNC and was truly a major Team effort with design and blank sheet coding not to mention countless hours of corner case testing... We're glad that all that hard work is noticed and appreciated...
