I would strongly suggest that part of the deal you make with whoever does it is that they leave you directions to do it yourself in the future. Gallery is a pretty good web application however it has had security issues in the past and needs to be maintained.

I believe "amanda1" had a problem with her gallery on her turtle rescue site also. You may want to contact her to see who upgraded her Gallery script.

Maybe Gallery doesn't like reptiles, or turtles, in general?
