I have often been the first to voice my frustration when mail servers or web servers go down. On the flip side, once again, Terra went beyond the call of duty and helped me out with a GPG problem that was a coding issue on my part and not a server or FQ issue. I then received another GPG tip from Arthur which once again was very much appreciated.

This is another fine example of the integrity of FQ staff members who are always willing to help and give very useful advice and tips.
