Graphic designer required for web site design

I require a freelance graphic designer with an extensive portfolio of web site designs, headers, icons and logos.

You must be exceptional and able to produce top notch designs. No HTML,CSS or coding, just a layout created in PS exported to me sliced and diced as required.
