I knew it!
have been watching -meaning reading extensive aota.net's tutorials- in 2006, while preparing myself for my new biz, and I am now registering with FQ's hosting package (10th jan 07), and I can confirm that it did take only 10min for my question to get an answer in <general hosting posts>!
Definitely this is what we call a wonderful customer service!

A wise choice for a new biz. There is just one thing better than FQ's customer service and that is its continuously reliable performance. When things go this well you have just one less thing to worry about.

I am coming up on my five year mark with this company and have expeienced just one unscheduled outage in all that time. And that problem was explained in real time on these forums.

Not even a hurricane that put out the local electrical power transmission for ten days stopped service for even a moment. Any doubts I had about FQ's reliability ended there...

I forgot to mention that I found that FQ is maybe the only hosting company where people are there all the time for you and seem to be so friendly in the way they answer you. I've said maybe, because I can't have checked every single hosting company in the world-
I'm also sure about their reliable performance as I've never seen anyone complaining, and anyway when you see the extensive tutorials, you have a good idea of the thorough understanding they have of customer needs.
I knew that one day, I would only choose FQ without any hesitation and will recommend them to others.
