I haven't been able to send email for over 24 hours, either. It is most inconvenient.
I notice that FutureQuest's server status page has been entirely green with 100% uptime throughout. What's the point of a server status page that doesn't reflect problems with the servers?
Is there anything I should be doing at my end?
Do FutureQuest have any idea when they're going to be able to fix this problem?

Just a suggestion if it helps others - when this happened (twice) before I eventually moved my email hosting to Fastmail. I've been very happy with them for email. Better reliability & speed, and they've got slightly better support for DKIM too, if that matters to you. Of course, it also means paying an extra $60/year to Fastmail just for email, but for me the extra uptime was worth it.

You can switch email hosts (by making DNS changes) without having to move all your hosting. And it doesn't have to be all-or-nothing, I've still got the FQ mail server active as a backup MX if Fastmail temporarily goes down.

I still keep my website hosted on FutureQuest, FQ is much faster & more reliable than Dreamhost in my experience.

Anyway, just a suggestion, but it's certainly improved my happiness. Turns out email reliability is more critical to me than web uptime!
