email outage - more than 30 hours and counting
 

since i can't post on the 'site owners' forum because the request was sent to my work email which has been down since 0900 11/30/2020, i'll ask here....

what is going on and what steps are being taken to restore the email outage? there has been very limited coms from futurequest and their support team. keep getting referred to a link that tells us nothing.

please let us know what's going on, many of us are looking at alternatives at this point.

looking forward to some answers.

I'm in the same boat. I can't post on the topic/forum as I don't know what my admin forum account could be so many years from when I joined and can't reset my password at any rate!

I could be wrong, but I think the last update from anyone at futurequest was nearly 14 hours ago from Ryan. That's what has me really disheartened. I can understand if it is bad and every single person is working their butt off, but at this point we need to understand what's happening and what we should expect. I only have two sites, but it is such a critical time of year. I'm going through my sites and figuring out a migration plan now. I'm to the point I'm going to have to bail out soon.

i hear ya, currently looking for other solutions as we speak....this is not how to run a company and certainly not a way to communicate when there's an issue.

From what I can see, the comms are mostly happening in this thread, there's a post from Ryan less than an hour ago (but only to say that there's still no update & he'll post any details as soon as he has them):

i saw the post from ryan....going on 48+ hours with no email. the coms are still terrible, clients are calling me wondering what happened. going to look at other options today.

Like alternate mobile numbers, we can have an alternate email like yahoo or Hotmail
