Just a quick email to thank you all for your outstanding service during 2003. I had tried many hosting companies before my brother, Pete, recommended your company. Having used the Command 'n' Control program for the first time tonight, I must say it is one of the most functional, attractive, and best designed web applications I've ever seen!! The user interface is so good that half-asleep newbies (like me) can do whatever they want with hardly a thought. And all the little Tips are great, as they answer most questions as soon as I formulate them.

It'll be nice for me not to have to worry about e-mail downtime. The uptime that my web-site on FQ has had is amazing. I've had a couple of uptime robots watching my web-site, but I'm going to discontinue those soon -- they haven't been able to find any downtime! I've never seen a company run as well as FutureQuest. Every other host I've been with in the past, for web or e-mail, always has had a fatal flaw (downtime, bad customer support, etc). Considering FQ's uptime, customer service, and prices (very reasonable for what you provide), it really is an amazing web-host. You provide a premium service at a low price.

I Recently asked a question of your company. I got a response in ten minutes! Thanks! I guess the customer service is as good as I read it was. Because of that quick response I signed up for a hosting account. In less than 24 hours my domain name is resolving, and my customized index page is functioning (which means I figured how your systems work relatively easy). I can now begin serious work on my website. I am impressed. With all the upheaval in the internet/computer/web hosting world this a welcome difference.

On a separate note: I've been with FutureQuest for a year now and I really must say that this place is very special. From the super services and the cool surprises to...well...everything else! When comparing you to most other hosting services, it feels like you guys are doing me a favor and not just providing a service. True perfection! Moreover, since Bob is the person who usually replies to my emails to FutureQuest, I have to say that he/you (and everyone else of course) is really great. I hope you all the best.
