use other virtual hosting services, I always measure, in my mind, the level

are lower cost services out there, FQ is the highest quality service.
Solving this problem so quickly, from doing the extra research to
recognize that there was something wrong (could have said "It works

I have been working with web providers for many years. Again and again, I've dealt with three issues that seem to plague the industry: 1) inadequate response time to issues, 2) treating the customer as though they were an idiot, and 3) never providing an explanation of what happened and how, if possible, it will be stopped from happening again. In this email, you have done all three with valor.
I have communicated with several of your service people, including Arthur, Melissa and, now, Terra. Also one or two others but, unfortunately, their names escape me now. Each and every time I've been treated with respect, given the information necessary, and not once made to feel like an idiot. Thank you.

I just had to write upon happily paying a renewal fee. I had been using FQ for years with a former business partner, and all attempts at diversifying my hosting failed miserably. My last attempt resulted in my running back to FQ as a refugee with all sites down on my former host. Everything was handled wonderfully, of course. The best thing is that I haven't even had to think about hosting issues since switching back to FQ. I won't go on about how the CNC is the best control panel I've ever seen (only seen about 6 other hosts' panels, and many were using Cpanel), support the best, how FQ mixes automation and human approval so well, the great tools included in every package, and unsurpassed uptime, really I won't ;-). Just keep being the best, please!

Being an IT consultant I work with a lot of ISPs, from the little guys to the national providers and none of them compare to FQ. Its so refreshing to ask a support question and get it answered in a timely fashion and more importantly receive a response from a skilled and knowledgeable support staff member and not just someone whose only technical skills are what they learned from completing a 3 week support training program and then reading some answer from a script.

It'll be nice for me not to have to worry about e-mail downtime. The uptime that my web-site on FQ has had is amazing. I've had a couple of uptime robots watching my web-site, but I'm going to discontinue those soon -- they haven't been able to find any downtime!
I've never seen a company run as well as FutureQuest. Every other host I've been with in the past, for web or e-mail, always has had a fatal flaw (downtime, bad customer support, etc). Considering FQ's uptime, customer service, and prices (very reasonable for what you provide), it really is an amazing web-host. You provide a premium service at a low price.

I feel that FutureQuest is a major reason for our status as a leading provider of Internet design and consulting in our area. Sometimes it feels to me as if you are a part of our staff (except of course that I don't have to pay your employment taxes!).
